Bio

Maria knew exactly what she wanted to do at the tender age of 3. Running around drawing on walls and cutting curtains and towels to make outfits for her dolls, it was apparent she was an artist in the making. 

By the time she was 7 she had her life planned out, go to fashion high school and then college. Her mind was made up.

She attended The High School of Fashion Industries  and is CTE certified in Fashion Design as well as a Recipient of the Golden Needle Award for Evening Wear  and Awarded Best Designer of 2012. 

Now attending Parsons The New School for Accessory Design, she has expanded her horizons as a designer and artist. Not only limited to clothing she has found a love for Footwear and a passion for craftsmanship in shoe making. 

A visionary, she works and develop concepts that question status quo, push the envelope and inspire change and conversation.
